CONDITIONS OF SALE

Effective January 27, 2025

Holiday Return Policy:

Gift orders placed between November 11, 2024 and December 25, 2024 may be exchanged or returned for store credit until January 8th, 2024. Our return and exchange policy (outlined below) applies to gift returns.

Returns/Exchanges:

We offer exchanges or a refund on non-custom items within 7 days of receipt of order. All sales are final for all rings, engraved items, soldered charm bracelets, St. Christopher medals, special/custom orders, gift cards and all non-jewelry items. Items for exchange/return will be inspected before accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange/return if we believe the items are damaged or misused. 

Return/Exchange Process:

To be eligible for an exchange or return, please email lauren@laurenpeckfinejewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide an insured, prepaid label. Once the label is generated, you have 3 days to have your package scanned at a local USPS location. Orders sent back to LPFJ without approval are subject to additional fees and the order may be returned at the customer’s expense. 

 Order lead time:

In stock items will ship in 1-3 business days after purchase. Fine jewelry and made to order items will have order time listed on each product page. We will mail your entire order once production is complete on everything in your order. We will email you with tracking information when your order has been sent. All packages will be shipped via UPS Ground. When ordering around a national holiday, please add 1-3 business days to production time.

When ordering soldered charms, please add 1-3 business days to production time.

If your order is a rush, please email lauren@laurenpeckfinejewelry.com and we will do our best to prioritize your order.

Lauren Peck Fine Jewelry is not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered. Lauren Peck Fine Jewelry is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to Lauren Peck Fine Jewelry for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.

Warranty:

Fine jewelry is delicate and should be cared for accordingly. We are happy to perform a repair on an item that was purchased from laurenpeckfinejewelry.com within the first 60 days of receipt of purchase. The warranty includes issues that are caused by manufacturer defect such as loose prongs and broken chains or clasps. Repairs deemed to be caused by misuse will incur repair and shipping fees at the expense of the customer.

The warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear such as scratches, dents, stretched chains, misshapen bands or cracked stones.

We cannot accept responsibility for items repaired by any other jeweler. Any and all warranty of the piece will be considered void if another jeweler has worked on the LPFJ item.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. 

All gemstone weights, measurements and quality characteristics are approximations unless otherwise noted on an accompanying lab report.

Sample Sale Items:

All Sample Sale purchases are Final Sale. Everything is being sold in ‘as is’ condition. Contact us if you’d like additional images of item. No items can be put ‘on hold’. Sample sale jewelry will arrive in a Lauren Peck Fine Jewelry pouch (no gift wrap). Sample Sale items will ship 1-3 business days after purchase.
